Our services may include:

• Birthday, holiday, wedding, and special occasion wrapping

• Corporate and bulk gift wrapping

• Decorative ribbons, bows, tags, and embellishments

• Gift boxes, gift bags, and specialty presentation options

• Scheduled gift drop-off, pickup, and delivery services, when available

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and order confirmation.

2. Orders and Booking

Customers may submit gift wrapping requests through our website, contact form, email, or phone.

Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

Before an order is confirmed, Big Bow Energy LLC may request additional information, including gift dimensions, quantities, wrapping preferences, deadlines, and special instructions.

An order is considered confirmed once the customer has approved the quote, accepted the applicable terms, and paid the required deposit.

We reserve the right to decline orders that exceed our capacity, involve unsuitable items, or cannot reasonably be completed within the requested timeframe.

3. Pricing and Quotes

Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on:

• Gift size, shape, and quantity

• Selected wrapping service or package

• Wrapping materials and specialty supplies

• Custom ribbons, bows, tags, or embellishments

• Design complexity and personalization

• Rush service requests

• Pickup or delivery requirements

Final pricing will be provided through a personalized quote before work begins.

Quotes may be adjusted if the actual gift dimensions, quantities, or requested services differ from the information originally provided.

Any additional charges will be communicated for customer approval before the related work proceeds.

Applicable taxes and additional service fees will be disclosed as required.

4. Deposits and Payment

A 50% deposit is generally required to secure a confirmed gift wrapping order.

The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the wrapped gifts are released or delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders requiring specialty materials, personalized supplies, or advance purchases may require additional upfront payment.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during order confirmation.

Big Bow Energy LLC reserves the right to delay the release or delivery of completed orders until payment has been received in full.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

We understand that plans sometimes change.

Customers should contact Big Bow Energy LLC as soon as possible to request a cancellation or modification.

Before work begins: Cancellations may qualify for a refund of the deposit, less any nonrecoverable costs for materials already purchased specifically for the order.

After materials have been purchased or work has begun: Deposits may be partially or fully nonrefundable to cover supplies, preparation, and services already performed.

After an order is completed: Completed gift wrapping services are generally nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or where Big Bow Energy LLC determines a refund or correction is appropriate.

Changes to gift quantities, sizes, materials, or designs may result in additional charges or revised completion times.

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued through an agreed payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable law.

6. Turnaround Times and Rush Orders

Standard gift wrapping orders are generally completed within 24–72 hours, depending on order size, scheduling, and material availability.

Custom designs, specialty orders, holiday projects, and corporate or bulk orders may require additional preparation time.

Estimated completion dates will be communicated during booking.

Rush services may be available at additional cost:

• Rush orders may incur an additional 25% charge.

• Same-day orders, when available, may incur an additional 35%–50% charge.

Rush requests are subject to approval and availability.

We make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed deadlines but cannot guarantee completion when delays result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Customer-Provided Gifts and Personal Property

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their gifts and disclosing any special handling requirements.

Big Bow Energy LLC requests that customers avoid providing hazardous, illegal, perishable, or otherwise unsuitable items for wrapping.

Fragile, unusually valuable, sentimental, or delicate items must be disclosed before the order is accepted.

Customers should ensure that gifts are properly packaged and suitable for handling and wrapping.

We will exercise reasonable care when handling customer property. However, we are not responsible for preexisting damage, manufacturer defects, inadequate original packaging, or damage arising from inaccurate handling information provided by the customer.

Any concerns about the condition of an item should be reported promptly.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Custom Designs and Materials

We welcome customer inspiration, preferred colors, themes, and design requests.

However, specific wrapping papers, ribbons, bows, embellishments, or decorative materials may be subject to availability.

If a requested material is unavailable, we may recommend a comparable alternative for customer approval.

Because gift wrapping is a creative service, minor variations in patterns, bow shapes, ribbon placement, and decorative arrangements may occur.

We aim to produce a finished presentation consistent with the agreed design and service level.

9. Gift Drop-Off, Pickup, and Delivery

Gift wrapping services are available by appointment.

Customers must coordinate drop-off and pickup arrangements in advance.

Pickup and delivery options may be available in Locust Grove, Henry County, and surrounding Georgia communities, depending on order size, scheduling, and location.

Additional fees may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, delivery instructions, and availability.

If a scheduled pickup or delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or has provided incorrect information, additional scheduling or delivery fees may apply.

Customers should inspect their completed orders promptly and notify us of any concerns.

10. Corporate and Bulk Orders

Corporate and bulk gift wrapping orders may be subject to additional requirements based on order quantity, design complexity, materials, and deadlines.

Bulk pricing generally applies to qualifying orders of 25 gifts or more.

Orders of 100 gifts or more are typically quoted individually.

Corporate customers may be asked to approve a project scope, payment schedule, and completion timeline before work begins.

Changes to large orders after confirmation may affect pricing and scheduling.

11. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate order details and contact information.

• Disclose fragile items or special handling requirements.

• Obtain permission to provide any items belonging to another person.

• Review and approve quotes before work begins.

• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

• Coordinate timely gift drop-off and collection.
